Edingale wins CPRE award

Congratulations to Edingale, the winners of CPRE Staffordshire’s Sustainable and Green Initiatives Award.

CPRE sponsors this award as part of the Richard Winterton Best Kept Village Community Competition.

Edingale have installed solar panels on their village hall, are mowing verges less often to encourage wildlife and attract pollinators, and are working with other groups to monitor water quality in the River Mease.

The 2024 awards will be presented on 23rd October. Watch this space for details of this year’s winner!
